The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) identified and designated Behrouz Parsarad as the sole administrator of Nemesis, an online darknet marketplace. Nemesis was the subject of an international law enforcement operation and was taken down in 2024 to combat crypto abuse and drug trafficking.
